FREE Car Parking & FREE Shuttle to Linden for Linden Mills Days activities, craft show & carnival rides

ALL YOU CAN EAT Pancake Breakfast begins at 7:00 am
Pizza & Hot Dogs 11:00am - 2:00pm
EAA Young EaglesTM & Public Airplane Rides begin at 9:30 am
Kids Hands-On Airplane & Car Workshops - make & fly your own balsa wood plane, or make and race your own derby-style car from 9am - 2pm
Horizon Lakes Airpark Open House - see the unique lifestyle of living with your airplane from 8am-4pm
Twilight 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk On the Runway - 8:00pm

 Prizes for People’s Choice and Kid’s Choice 

First 100 registered vehicles will receive a free commemorative t-shirt.

This unique event ties together two uniquely American modes of transport. There will be free entertainment from local DJ, Jim Bradburn.

Twilight Runway Run/Walk

5K Run and 1 Mile Walk

Join us for the 1st Annual Wings of Mercy East Michigan Twilight Runway Run/Walk!

The FAA and the State of Michigan Department of Aeronautics have graciously agreed to a multi-hour closing of our public-use runway.

As a runner or walker, you will get to run on the flattest road race course in all of Genesee County, lit primarily by the runway lights!

Leading the race will be our recipients and their families and friends, and many of our Wings of Mercy East Michigan pilots.

Early Register Online; Onsite Registration Starts 7:00 pm

Walk @ 8pm; Run @ 9pm on the runway under the lights!
